What counts as a conversation
A conversation is one visitor's chat with your assistant, however many questions it includes. A visitor who comes back and continues the same chat does not start a new conversation.
How pages are counted
Each plan includes a number of pages your assistant knows, from your website and your documents together. Every page read from your website counts as one page. A document counts by its length: about one page for every 3,000 characters of text (roughly a printed page), and at least one page. One document can be up to 130 pages; split longer files into parts. The pages are shared by all your websites.
Your website always comes first, so its weekly re-read is never squeezed out by documents. When your pages are all used, new documents are refused with a note saying how big the file is and how much room is left. If you go over (your site grew, or you moved to a smaller plan), nothing is deleted and your assistant keeps answering from everything; you just can't add documents until you're back under.
What counts as a website
A website is one site with its own assistant, pages and install code, such as a second business or brand. The other addresses of that same site, like www, a staging copy or a second domain that shows the same pages, are part of it and don't count extra. Your plan's conversations and pages are one allowance shared by all your websites. If you move to a plan with fewer websites, nothing is deleted and every website keeps answering; you just can't add another until you're within the plan.
Billing
Billing runs through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal, where you can change plans, update payment details and download invoices. Assk.ai never stores card details on its own servers. Enterprise plans are set up with you and invoiced.
