How Assk.ai keeps each business's data separate and the assistant under control.
Each business's data is stored separately
Each business's content, conversations and leads live in their own separate database, and their own separate partition of the search index. One customer's assistant can never read another customer's content.
Your widget only runs on your websites
The widget only works on the website addresses you allow. Its public key is exchanged for a pass that lasts 15 minutes and only works on your domain, so someone who copies your snippet onto another site gets nothing and can't use up your plan.
Page text can't take control
Text on a web page is treated as information to answer from, never as instructions. Content on a page, or in a visitor's message, cannot change what the assistant is allowed to do.
Limits against abuse
Visitors are limited in how many messages they can send and how many new conversations they can start, so nobody can use up your plan or flood your inbox.
Infrastructure
Assk.ai runs on Cloudflare's global network. Answers are written by Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic. Billing is handled by Stripe, and card details never reach Assk.ai's servers.
Trials are deleted
Trial assistants created from our homepage, and everything they read, are deleted automatically after 7 days.
